Busy February!

We ran two Basic workshops in February: one in Wheatfield and one in Cloverhill prison. Both were very successful with a great attendance: 17 and 19 participants, 36 all together with 7 outsiders.
The two groups were very involved in the activities and expressed from the beginning a hight interest in improving their skills to manage conflicts.
What did we learn from these workshops? That the concentric circle exercise is fundamental at the beginning of a workshop: it created trust in the group and invite participants to go deeper. Sometimes it can be difficult to create a sense of trust in the group and this is a very important thing because participants will expose themselves during the exercises.
We're looking forward to following the two groups in the second level next month.
